Accounts are created and accessed via phone number OTP (or Google sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your phone number and account access secure, and for all activity under your account.
We describe every saree — fabric, weave, region of origin — as accurately as we can, but handloom products carry natural, minor variations in colour and weave that are part of their character, not a defect. Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise; we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your order is confirmed. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway; we never store your raw card or bank details. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and order values, per our Shipping Policy.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery, the window closing at the end of that day (11:59 pm IST). Items that arrived damaged or defective, or where the wrong item was sent, are accepted after that window has closed. Full terms are in our Returns & Exchange Policy. You can cancel any order — prepaid or Cash on Delivery — free of charge until it ships; a prepaid order is refunded in full. No cancellation charge is levied, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
All content on this site — photography, weave descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by Arha Sarees or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or posting reviews that are false, defamatory, or unrelated to the product.
To the extent permitted by law, Arha Sarees's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, unavailability of the site, or courier delivery issues outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer — including your right to file a complaint with the Consumer Commission where you live, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or to use the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
