How we pack, ship, and deliver your sarees across India. Last updated 30 September 2026.
We deliver pan-India to serviceable pincodes via our courier partners. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout to confirm delivery to your address before you order.
Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,999 or more. Below that, we charge a flat ₹99. The charge is the same for every destination.
Timelines are counted from order confirmation, not from the date the order was placed if payment confirmation takes longer. Remote or hard-to-service pincodes may occasionally take a little longer, which we'll always flag to you.
Every saree is quality-checked and packed with care — high-value silk pieces are wrapped in protective cloth before boxing to keep the fabric and zari safe in transit.
Once shipped, you can follow your order's progress from My Orders (or Track Order with your order id, for guest checkouts).
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹1,000 (the order total, including shipping), at pincodes our couriers can collect cash at — checkout confirms it for your address. Larger orders are paid online.
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will attempt redelivery and reach out to you directly. If you haven't received your order within the estimated window, please contact us with your order id and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
